In addition, we are leading the charge in construction services for TinyMod™ and revolutionizing the construction and distribution of Affordable Housing and Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs). MBi Building Systems is dedicated to helping families and assisting developers, with Prefab and off-site construction opportunities. In 2017, our micro-designs where developed to meet the urgent needs of lower-income families, and the first IRC TinyMod was built in the State of Iowa—an innovative 598-square-foot micro-home. This project gained notable recognition and financial support from the USDA Rural Development as part of a broader initiative addressing affordable housing in the Midwest.
